What could be better than to have a no hassle, quality, after school program in a safe, convenient place that you already know… your child’s school!
Here’s what to expect…
Who We Are:
CraniaLogix is an enrichment program that helps students develop their critical thinking skills. Logical, analytical, and creative thinking skills are important for success in the classroom and in life. We teach our students HOW to think, not WHAT to think. If we teach them HOW to think, the possibilities are endless. The development of these higher level thinking skills is essential to all students and transfers across all curriculum.
What We Do:
In addition to helping students develop their critical thinking abilities, we also teach important skills such as collaboration, risk-taking and developing a growth mindset. We do this through fun, engaging games and activities in a group setting with similar aged students. You can expect your child to be involved in activities such as strategy games, improv, instant challenges, STEAM exploration, logic puzzles and more! Unlike other programs which focus on one specific subject area, CraniaLogix develops higher level thinking skills in students which will help them in all areas. The skills we teach are ones that teachers and parents want all children to develop in order to be better prepared for the real world. The best part is they are having fun while they are learning and growing in their abilities!
We offer separate classes for 1st-2nd grades and 3rd-4th-5th grades. Class sizes are limited to 20 students and are taught by a certified teacher with classroom experience. Classes are held one day a week right after school until 4:00.
Registration and Payment:
Our costs are similar to most after school programs. Tuition for the entire semester varies based on the number of weeks in the semester and averages about $18 per class. To sign up, see if your school is participating. You may pay online using PayPal, by check (made out to CraniaLogix), or with cash after you receive a confirmation email reserving your child’s space.
